OOOPPPSS Asked: what rooms do solar fitters have to have access to when fitting solar panels?
It depends on the specific construction, but if a house has an attic, that's one place.
They might need to access a room that is on the other side of the service entrance to the house, as they'll need to mount the inverter and other hardware on the outside of that wall, and may need to ensure there's nothing inside that wall (pipes, wires typically).

Notsure what you mean by this but most construction workers like to have access to a bathroom to go potty and I'm guessing because their solar installers they will need access to the power panel or heating system, depending on what kind of solar thingy you're getting.

The loft where they will probably also install the inverter. The wiring from this then has to come down to wherever your electricity meter and fuse box is to link up with your system. It also has a small box of it's own. Tney have to give you an electricity certificate for the work.

So basically it's just the two rooms plus the loo.
